For each office you will find their contact details, the nearest accessible parking space and the nearest toilet. You can also download the simplified timetable each trimester.
Our three offices are marked Tourism & Handicap for the 4 families of disability (hearing, mental, motor and visual).
Tourist office of Luc-sur-mer – Temporarily closed

Disabled toilets : 200m from the tourist information centre, on the seafront, near the first-aid point.
The PRM access to the Place du Petit Enfer is from the EAST side.
We invite you to remain vigilant however on the Place du Petit enfer. Depending on the amount of sunlight, it can be dazzling (white on beige contrast) and the access ramp is not equipped with a guardrail or wheel guard.

Tourist office of Courseulles-sur-mer

Disabled toilets : located 250m from the tourist office. Rue de la Mer, reached via Passage Aubert. Toilets are located in the Pierre Villey car park behind the post office.
Our accessible approach: services and tools in place in our offices
We are working on the layout of our premises and the continuous development of our services to welcome you in the best conditions.
You will find a hearing aid system in each tourist office – a magnetic loop.
Our entire team is trained to welcome people with disabilities
Our offices are accessible. They are on the same level and chairs are available if you need a break. Our glass doors are all equipped with warning strips.
If you are blind, you can of course visit us with your guide dog.
We have listed the accessible offer and we have a dedicated brochure (written in French).
Finally, we can lend you a wheelchair free of charge on request.
