The park of the Barony plunges us into the medieval era with, on the programme : parade in costumes, fire show, medieval ball, fireworks, not forgetting the medieval village with camp, illuminations, treasure hunt, “little knights” area, pony ride…

Event on biodiversity and sustainable development

Saturday 1st October

Parc de l’Edit, Courseulles-sur-Mer

This first event focuses on sustainable development with topics such as food, biodiversity, energy, the circular economy, resource recovery and mobility.

The event is organised around a village where workshops, walks, shows and a concert will take place during the day.

Courseulles-sur-Mer, Fontaine-Henry

Every year in Courseulles-sur-Mer witches, ghosts, vampires, skeletons and werewolves come out of town on Saturday 29 October to celebrate Halloween and enjoy a chilling programme ! The Juno Beach Centre also invites children to discover their special Halloween trail.

During the All Saints’ Day holidays, Fontaine-Henry Castle is organising several Halloween-themed family events.

Courseulles-sur-Mer, fishing port

Every year, fishermen, restaurant owners and shopkeepers of Courseulles-sur-Mer celebrate the star of the plate, the scallop, during a festive and musical weekend.

Scallop sales at the fish market, scallop and oyster peeling competitions, tasting, concerts, introduction to sea knots and scallop menus in the partner restaurants.

Cœur de Nacre

Several municipalities invite you to their Christmas markets to find great gift ideas for the whole family.

The Christmas ephemeral shops are back in Douvres-la-Délivrande on the first three weekends of December. A dozen exhibitors present their creations from 10.30 am to 6 pm : trinkets, clothes, jewellery, handbags, toys

Luc-sur-Mer is adorned with pretty coloured lights for the end of year celebrations. As soon as night falls, opt for a magical stroll through the emblematic places of Luc-sur-Mer : Parc de la baleine, Place du Petit Enfer, Rue de la mer and Parc Verdun.

Courseulles-sur-Mer

The Juno Beach Centre lantern walk is organised in Juno Park in tribute to the soldiers of yesterday and today who did not have the chance to celebrate Christmas with their families.

Free lanterns will be distributed on site.
